Credit card payment for print orders is accepted via PayPal and 2Checkout.com.
If you don't have a PayPal account, you can use the 2Checkout.com button on the shopping cart page.
2Checkout.com allows you pay with all major credit cards or with an electronic check. If you are
using 2Checkout.com and you live in Utah, don't click on the "Add Tax" button on the shopping cart;
2Checkout.com will automatically add the tax.
If you would prefer to mail a check or money order, go ahead with your order and click on the "Send Order"
button on the shopping cart. You will receive payment instructions via email. You can also just print
the shopping cart from your web browser and send the printout, along with your check or money order,
to the address below. Be sure to include your shipping address.

at the address below.
